Shipping & Returns

Please allow an estimated 5-10 business days to receive your delivery. We send a confirmation email, plus a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Your singing lessons book is packaged in plastic and a box to keep it dry and safe. If for any reason the book has been damaged during delivery, please reach out within 15 days of receiving with a photo of your book and the packaging to stephaniestanderwick@gmail.com, or text 778-837-3212. We will find a solution so that you have a clean, new copy!
Replacements apply to books damaged during delivery only, not related to consumer use. Damaged books reported more than 15 days after delivery will not be replaced.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for Canada Post errors or delays. If a package has been lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered, please contact us and we will help you create your claim with Canada Post for reimbursement. We cannot provide reimbursements for Canada Post errors.
